Mandy Wever has been with The Indiana Clinical Trials Center (ICTC) since June 2021. She joins ICTC with over 25 years of experience in the field of dermatology. Prior to transitioning to clinical trials, Mandy served patients as a Nurse Practitioner at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center within the Department of Dermatology at Case Western Reserve University Medical Group. She also practiced clinically in general dermatology as a Nurse Practitioner at the Dermatology Center of Southern Indiana. Mandy earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in dermatology for 15 years. Additionally, she served patients across the lifespan as an RN for Bloomington Hospital and CarDon and Associates.
Mandy is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She enjoys contributing her time and service on the local, national, and global levels and is actively engaged with several philanthropies. As Sub-Investigator, Mandy evaluates Clinical Research participants, oversees the consent process, reviews subject screening data and reviews participant’s eligibility. Mandy also reviews safety data and performs end-of-study exams while assisting the Principal Investigator and Director of Clinical Research.
