Chronic Itch – Unknown Origin

Optima Research is conducting a trial on chronic itch with no known origin. Patients must meet the following criteria:

Ages 18-90

Have chronic itch for at least 6 months

Have tried other treatments that did not work

Participants need to attend 6 visits over a 24 week period at our Boardman office and will receive compensation for time and travel.

Common Warts

Optima Research is looking for volunteers to participate in a study for common warts.

Qualified participants must:

Have at least 1 treatable common wart in a non-mucosal area of the body
Have not received wart treatment in the past 90 days

Patients who qualify will be asked to attend 8 visits at our Boardman location over a 5-month period. You will be compensated up to $600 for your time and travel.

Eczema – Moderate to Severe

Optima Research is looking for volunteers to participate in a study for moderate to severe eczema.

Qualified participants must:

Have eczema for at least 6 months
Have at least 10% body surface coverage (10% = 2 sheets of paper)
Have previously tried a topical in the past 6 months that did not work
Be between the ages of 18-65.

Patients will be asked to attend 7 visits at our Boardman location over an 8-week period. You will be compensated for your time and travel.

Eczema – Moderate to Severe

Optima Research is looking for volunteers to participate in a study for moderate to severe eczema.

Qualified participants must:

Have a diagnosis of moderate to severe eczema for at least 1 year
Have at least 10% body surface coverage (10% = 2 sheets of paper)
Have previously tried a topical treatment for eczema that did not work
Be between the ages of 18-75

Patients will be asked to attend 19 visits at our Boardman location over a 36-week period. You will be compensated up to $2500 for your time and travel.

Female Pattern Hair Loss

Optima Research is looking for volunteers to participate in a study for female hair loss.
Qualified participants must:

Be females between 18-65 years old
Have mild to moderate hair loss

Patients will be asked to attend 11 visits at our Boardman location over a 13 month period of time. You will be compensated up to $975 for your time and travel.
