She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University and received her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Cedarville University with honors. Ann has nursing experience ranging from neonatal intensive care to geriatrics. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association.
