What our patients are saying:

"I work for a health care facility and was told during my physical to have a mole checked on my arm. After a month of waiting for a local dermatologist to call , I was getting a little nervous. One day a physician came into our practice and dropped off some fliers for Optima Dermatology in Scarborough, ME. I called my PCP and asked if I could go here as I still had not received a call from the other facility. She ok’d my referral and Optima Dermatology called within 2 days and I got an appointment within a week. This office is amazing from the secretary to the assistant and doctor. Very prompt, friendly and professional! Office is clean and very through. I will be recommending this practice to everyone."

- Amy, Scarborough, ME

"I’ve been waiting for 6+ months at other companies so I called here & they got me in within two weeks! The nurses were great and the doctor was too. Dr. Cuozzo explained in understandable terms why my skin was breaking out, and set me up with treatment right away. He also explained how each med would help. Highly recommend!"

- Leode, Scarborough, ME

"Even during these very busy and hectic times, with one phone call, I had an appointment in about a week. That’s a good beginning but it got even better from there. I was seen without waiting more than a few minutes. I now have a solution and a follow up appointment in six weeks. Optima Dermatology in Scarborough is amazing 🤩"
