Dr. Shannon holds a Doctor of Medicine from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society, received the Excellence in Anatomy Award in 1991, and completed his Internal Medicine and dermatology residencies at the University of Florida. Dr. Shannon is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and is certified in MOHS Surgery.
