Bio

Renita Ireland, Certified Medical Assistant, has been caring for patients since 2004. She earned her professional Medical Assistant Certificate from Seacoast Career Schools. Renita works closely with Dr. Cuozzo and Holly Morris at Optima Dermatology as a dermatology medical assistant. Renita also offers HydraFacial® treatments for patients in our Scarborough, ME practice.

When Renita is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, and with her three grandchildren. Renita treats each and every patient like she would her own family, and always has her patient’s best interest in mind. She is passionate about building long term relationships with patients and looks forward to continuing to care for patients in the southern Maine region!

Taylor Seipel, BSN, RN, LE

Bio

Taylor Seipel, BSN, RN, LE, Medical Aesthetics Nurse, has been caring for patients since 2015. Taylor has advanced training in medical dermatology, as well as cosmetic treatments such as SkinPen® microneedling, Chemical Peels, and CoolSculpting®.

In addition to offering select medical aesthetic treatments, Taylor works closely with Dr. Cuozzo and Holly Morris at Optima Dermatology in Scarborough as a dermatology medical assistant, and previously worked in Vascular Surgery and Mohs Surgery. Taylor earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Winona State University, and her Licensed Esthetician certificate from Spa Tech Institute.

Taylor has always been interested in skincare, even prior to her experience in dermatology. She is passionate about building long term relationships with her patients and creating custom treatment plans that will build and maintain self-confidence.

When Taylor is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two tuxedo cats. She enjoys taking the ferry to Peaks Island and going for hikes. She looks forward to continuing to treat patients in Scarborough and surrounding areas!

Brienne D. Cressey MD, MBA, FAAD, FACMS

Bio

Brienne D. Cressey MD, MBA, FAAD, FACMS is a board-certified board-certified Mohs micrographic dermatologic surgeon and board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Cressey has been treating patients in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire since 2017 and has performed over 8,000 Mohs cases. Her areas of expertise include Mohs Micrographic Surgery (Mohs) for skin cancers and laser treatments including VBeam ®, Fraxel® and and Halo® Hybrid Fractional Laser.

Dr. Cressey completed her Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Facial Reconstruction, Lasers and Cosmetics as a Dermatologic Oncology Fellow at the Dermatology Professionals in Rhode Island with Dr. Nathaniel Jellinek. She completed her residency in dermatology at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell where she was named Chief Resident and was recognized with multiple awards including the Women’s Dermatologist Society Mentorship Award, Derm Mentor Resident of Distinction Award, first place in the New York Academy of Medicine Resident Research Competition, and more. Prior to residency, she completed her internship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine with highest honors as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical school and received her Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on healthcare management from Brandeis University.

Dr. Cressey is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She has authored over 25 peer reviewed articles in major academic journals such as Dermatologic Surgery, Journal of Surgical Education and Journal of American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Cressey was born and raised in Maine. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as time outdoors fishing and kayaking. Dr. Cressey is thrilled to provide industry-leading dermatology care and access to Mohs surgery at our Stratham practice. She is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to all her patients while being both knowledgeable and approachable.

Sarah Scanlon, BSN, RN

Bio

Sarah Scanlon, BSN, RN, has been providing medical aesthetics expertise to patients in the seacoast region since 2012. With more than 7 years of healthcare experience, Sarah previously worked as a registered nurse in psychiatric nursing and home care before transitioning to medical aesthetics. Sarah is an expert injector who specializes in neurotoxins such as BOTOX^® and Dysport^®, dermal fillers including Restylane^® and Juvéderm^®. Additionally, she has advanced training in laser and light treatments, microneedling, and more.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Regis College. She is passionate about continuing regular training to remain at the forefront of the latest aesthetic procedures and technology. She has attended the National Laser Institute to receive training in neurotoxins and dermal facial fillers administration, in addition to laser treatments. She is also trained in advanced filler injection techniques with Microcannula. Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband, and Malcolm, their English Bulldog.

Sarah is passionate about the relationships she builds with her patients. She treats each and every patient like she would her own family and takes the time to listen and develop custom treatment plans. Michelle Nunez, LE

Bio

Michelle Nunez, LE, has been providing medical aesthetics expertise to patients since 2010. Michelle has advanced training in laser and light treatments, microneedling, facial treatments, laser hair removal, and chemical peels.

With more than 10 years of skin care experience, Michelle is a Master Esthetician and graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics as an Esthetician and Skin Care specialist. During her time there, she completed 1,200 hours of education and training. Michelle is also a certified laser technician and completed training with the National Laser Institute.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and pets. She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time by the seacoast, reading, and gardening.

Michelle is passionate about building relationships with her patients. She thoroughly listens to each patient and will work with you to develop a custom treatment plan with your best interests in mind. Jennifer Stead, DO, FAAD

Dr. Jennifer Stead, board-certified dermatologist, has been serving patients in the New England region since 2011. Dr. Stead offers both medical and surgical dermatology treatments for patients of all ages, for a wide range of skin conditions. She also specializes in medical aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.

Dr. Stead completed her dermatology residency in Michigan at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and served as their Chief Resident. Rachel L. Delost, DO

Bio

Dr. Rachel L. Delost is a board-certified dermatologist who has been serving patients in the Cleveland region since 2019. Dr. Delost offers medical and surgical dermatology treatments for patients of all ages from newborns to adults, for a wide range of skin conditions. Dr. Delost is also passionate about mentoring and advising students and peers.

Dr. Delost earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a double major in Biology and Spanish, with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Delost is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and Ohio Osteopathic Association.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. Delost can be found cooking and baking, golfing, horseback riding, and traveling to the Caribbean (with her SPF of course). She is also very involved in her community and enjoys giving back. During her time at Case Western Reserve University, she was president and founder of Campus Canines for a Cure, an initiative to bring therapy dogs to campus during midterms and finals to help students de-stress. She has also been involved with a medical mission trip to Argentina, Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, women’s homeless shelters, and more.

Dr. Delost is thrilled to continue to provide innovative dermatologic care in the Cleveland region and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to all her patients.

Todd Troxell, DO, FAOCD

Bio

Dr. Todd Troxell, board-certified dermatologist, has been serving patients since 2018. Dr. Troxell offers medical and surgical dermatology treatments for patients age one year old and older, for a wide range of skin conditions.

Dr. Troxell is on the Board of Directors of Kirksville Osteopathic Alumni Association. He has peer reviewed dermatology articles and abstracts. Dr. Troxell was awarded the Platinum TOUCH Community Service award in 2017; he is passionate about giving back to his community through different service efforts. As a medical student, he founded Still Caring Health Connection Clinic, a free medical clinic for the underserved run by fellow medical students. Additionally, Dr. Troxell was awarded the prestigious of Student Doctor of the Year in 2017.

Dr. Troxell completed his internship training at Beaumont Hospital in Trenton, MI, and he completed his dermatology residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO. Dr. Troxell completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO. He also completed his fellowship with A.T. Still University in Medical Education.

Dr. Troxell takes pleasure in traveling the globe and being outdoors. Over the last decade, he has embarked on International Medical Outreach trips to Honduras, Vietnam, Nicaragua, and Haiti. Dr. Troxell is a doctor of many talents, as he has his 1^st Degree black belt in Kenpo Karate, and PADI Search and Rescue certification in Scuba Diving.

Amanda Holesko, MSN, FNP-C

Bio

Amanda Holesko, MSN, FNP-C, has been providing medical aesthetics expertise to patients in the Cleveland region since 2020. With more than 10 years of healthcare experience, Amanda previously worked as a registered nurse in a level 3 trauma center before transitioning to medical aesthetics. Amanda is an expert injector who specializes in Botox® and Dysport®, dermal fillers including Restylane® and Sculptra ®. Additionally, she has advanced training in laser and light treatments, microneedling, PRP, CoolSculpting®, Kybella® and HydraFacial® treatments.

Amanda earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kent State University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Amanda is also a clinical instructor for NP students at Walsh University. Outside of the office, Amanda is a wife and a mom, she also has a dog and two cats! Amanda enjoys spending as much time as possible outside riding bikes, taking walks, or going camping with her family. She also enjoys yoga, reading, and binge watching a good Netflix series when she can get some time to herself.

Amanda is passionate about the relationships she builds with her patients. She treats each and every patient like she would her own family and truly only has your best interest in mind.
